The amount of the fee will be dependent upon your circumstances and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. For mortgage advice services we will charge a fee of no more than 1% of the mortgage amount e.g. if you were to borrow £200,000, the maximum we could charge would be £2,000. However, our typical fee is £600, of which £300 is payable on application and £300 on offer.
